Climbing the H.W. Steig (Grade B) is a fantastic experience for those new to via ferratas or looking for a relatively mellow but rewarding climb. The 'B' grading indicates a route with moderately exposed sections and may require the use of ladders or fixed cables to traverse steeper terrain. While not overly strenuous, it still demands a good head for heights and a basic level of fitness. Expect some scrambling and perhaps a few slightly overhanging sections, but nothing that requires advanced climbing skills. The views from the route are likely to be excellent, offering a great perspective on the surrounding landscape.
